Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship to all 50 states in the USA, Washington DC, and Canada. We hope to expand our international shipping to more countries in the future. Subscribe to my newsletter and follow me on social media for future shipping updates!
How much does shipping cost?
For US Orders: We offer flat rate standard shipping for $5.99 on all orders under $50. If you spend $50 or more, you'll qualify for free shipping!
For Canada Orders: We currently offer standard flat-rate shipping for $20 USD and free standard shipping when you spend $75 CAD or more. Canada Shipping PSA: Canada orders will ship via DDU. The package will arrive at the Canadian Post Office and will reach out to the phone number and email listed on the order to collect taxes and duties. Once paid, the order will continue for delivery.
When will I receive my order?
For orders within the US: Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you can expect
to receive your order in 3-5 business days.
For orders to Canada: Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you can expect to
receive your order in 7-10 business days.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email or log into your customer account to track your order.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of my products, we're currently unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time. We appreciate and value your support of the Phoebe's Diary brand, and we're committed to your satisfaction. What should I do if I received the wrong item or if I'm missing an item?
Please review your items immediately upon delivery! If your order is missing an item, please email my customer service team at hello@phoebes-diary.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery date to let them know of any issues.

Absolutely not! Our products are all proudly cruelty free.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all of our products are vegan! No animal by-products are allowed around here.
