1. Eligibility

The Phoebe’s Diary Pit Ticket Giveaway (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Phoebe’s Diary LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM PST and ends Friday, March 13, 2026 at 5:00 PM PST (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter

There are three (3) ways to enter the Contest during the Contest Period:

Purchase Method

Purchase a Kiss Bundle or Disco Bundle from the Phoebe’s Diary website during the Contest Period. Each qualifying bundle purchase counts as one (1) entry.

Mail-In Method (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, send a handwritten letter including your full name and email address to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Thursday, March 12, 2026 to be eligible. Each valid mail-in entry counts as one (1) entry.

Social Media Tagging Method (No Purchase Necessary)

Entrants may receive five (5) additional entries by tagging three (3) friends in the comments on the official Contest announcement post on the Phoebe’s Diary Instagram (@phoebesdiary) or TikTok (@phoebesdiarybrand) page.

Limit one social tagging bonus per person.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• Two (2) pit tickets to the Harry Styles concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City on September 18, 2026
  
• One (1) night hotel accommodation in New York City
  

The prize does not include airfare, transportation, meals, or additional travel expenses. All additional expenses not specifically stated are the responsibility of the winner.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted except at the discretion of Phoebe’s Diary.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The drawing will take place on Friday, March 20, 2026.

The winner will be notified via email (if entered via purchase or mail) or direct message via social media (if entered via social method) within 48 hours of selection.

If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, Phoebe’s Diary reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Prize Conditions

The winner is responsible for all travel arrangements and any expenses not explicitly included in the prize description.

Phoebe’s Diary is not responsible for:

• Event cancellations or schedule changes
  
• Travel disruptions
  
• Any additional costs associated with attending the event
  

If the concert is canceled or postponed, Phoebe’s Diary is not responsible for replacing the prize.

Tickets and accommodations are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

7. Rights Granted by Entrant

By entering this Contest, participants grant Phoebe’s Diary the right to use their name, likeness, social media handle, and statements about the Contest for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Phoebe’s Diary is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
  
• Technical failures or internet issues
  
• Unauthorized human intervention or fraud
  
• Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of the prize
  

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Phoebe’s Diary LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability related to this Contest.

9. Disputes

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

As a condition of participating in this Contest, entrants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively, without resort to any form of class action.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Phoebe’s Diary’s Privacy Policy and will only be used for the purpose of administering this Contest and communicating with entrants regarding the Contest.
